I will read the book suggested, cover to cover. I do wonder

though if the mold thing is an issue with celiac daughter whose shiners

are getting worse. B6 deficiency despite getting fish oil and 2000%

B6??? I am thinking it is the bean flour and the hazlenut flour, and

the mold and/or fluoride in them. Ugggh! Perhaps I will start making my

own flour. I have come this far and I so refuse to give up.

Do you let your celiac daughter eat things with oats? A lot of celiac

folks debate the " oat thing " unless they are certified gluten free.

Also, the hazelnut flour could be a source of your shiners...we always

get shiners when I get too heavy handed with nut products ie.

flours/milks. I did read that millet is a source of B6. Hang tough

girl!

We tried the Lara's certified no gluten ot flour but had to give it

up as the poop was yellow. I think it may be that the flour was not

organic and since fluorine is one of our allergens in something like

oats it is a bigger deal. Then there could be the mold thing. Either

way the poop told the story. I was just wondering about hazelnut.

Daughter is constipated with shiners. Time to rotate again. Millet

huh? You are the best!
