Guest guest
I am going to try that, water and lemons. He craved bannanas and loves them. But no more of them for him! Re:][ ] Re: Mineral absorption---Colleen You know what lowers ph very effectively? (and it tastes good too) Water & lemon. I know that it does because we were using liver life for a while from Bioray and I had to check 1st morning urine ph daily. Lemon & water does the trick! Bananas are also very alkaline. We did that apple cider vinigar thing and besides generally refusing it after a while, Mark always got profound gas afterwards! Alas... no more vinigar. Janice [sPAM][ ] Re: Mineral absorption---Colleen This vinegar usage sounds like a ph balance thing - too acidic - problems; not acidic enough- problems. I also know that baking soda is also used with ph problems. I don't think the vinegar has anything to do with the actual absorption of minerals. Maybe it levels out the ph so minerals can be absorbed.
