I am going to try that, water and lemons. He craved bannanas and loves them.

But no more of them for him!

You know what lowers ph very effectively? (and it tastes good too) Water &

lemon. I know that it does because we were using liver life for a while from

Bioray and I had to check 1st morning urine ph daily. Lemon & water does the

trick! Bananas are also very alkaline.

We did that apple cider vinigar thing and besides generally refusing it

after a while, Mark always got profound gas afterwards! Alas... no more

vinigar.

This vinegar usage sounds like a ph balance thing - too acidic -

problems; not acidic enough- problems. I also know that baking soda is

also used with ph problems. I don't think the vinegar has anything to

do with the actual absorption of minerals. Maybe it levels out the ph

so minerals can be absorbed.
