I had surgery 3 1/2 months ago on Nov 18th, 2003. I started out at 365 pounds in a tight 30/32 elastic waist pants. I am now down to 275 pounds and in a comfortable 26 button waist pants. I am able to eat ANYTHING with no problems. Including sugar and fried foods. But I watch what I eat Very Carefully!! I have been really slacking on the exercise and know I need to get that started back up. Its really hard. I know thats no excuse but...I babysit from 6am to 7pm then cook supper, bath my 3 year old, spend a little time with hubby and daughter before putting her to bed..spend a little time with hubby..then he is off to bed and i get on the computer to work my second job which is building websites and making web banners. I know...Thats NO EXCUSE. I have no room in my house for any time of equipment and i live 35-40 minutes away from the nearest facility. I even bought a tape and cant get that into the day either...LOL But I will HOPEFULLY be able to stop the day job(babysitting) soon so This will all change. Thanks for listening to my babbling.
