i'm off to the hospital ...

hi everyone,

i'm about to leave for the hospital for lower jaw surgery to correct my

underbite. i should

be home today by 6:00 pm and will post my experience as soon as i'm feeling up

to it. i

got great news yesterday at the surgeon's office -- i won't be wired! she

usually wires

everyone, but said my orthodontist did such a good job that i'll only need to be

banded.

yay!

thanks to everyone for all that you do here on the site. i've been here for two

years

learning everything i can for what i'm about to experience. i feel incredibly

well prepared

and have very little anxiety thanks to all of you!
