As a previous lurker, and just 13 1/2 months post-op, and within 6

pounds of goal, my fears have now turned to ensuring that I can

MAINTAIN the weight loss-a task that I have never been able to

succeed at. As I read about long term post-ops battling regain, I

wonder, are the post-ops reverting to those bad habits we all had as

pre-ops, or are they regaining for no reason?

And for those post-ops that have successfully kept the weight off-

how are you doing it? Rigid diets-lots of exercise? Is it hard to

maintain?

Thanks for all replies
