How are the muscle relaxers working for you?

My sister gave me some herbal muscle relaxers to try and they seem to

work pretty well for me, so I'm going to keep using them and ask my OS

about them when I see him again on Wed, just to be sure he doesn't

object for some reason.

I woke up less sore than I have been, so I guess they worked good.

I couldn't get to sleep last night though so I was up for awhile

after I took them and I really couldn't feel any effects from them.

I don't know, I guess they are doing what they are supposed to be

doing. I didn't notice myself clenching last night, but I don't

always notice myself doing it. I slept fine until my husband's

alarm went off at 6:30! He went away for the night and didn't turn

the dang thing off!
