Guest guest
Thanks for the reminder. craves bananas for the alkaline but it drums up yeast. I will add lemon to his water. > > > > Colleen, > > > > Did the rx guy say the vinegar helped with all absorption or just > zinc? > > I asked if he said applecider vinegar versus regular because all the > > granola/natural cure sources tout the benefits of apple cider > vinegar. > > It supposedly allows the stomach to absorb more. Guest guest
You know what lowers ph very effectively? (and it tastes good too) Water & lemon. I know that it does because we were using liver life for a while from Bioray and I had to check 1st morning urine ph daily. Lemon & water does the trick! Bananas are also very alkaline. We did that apple cider vinigar thing and besides generally refusing it after a while, Mark always got profound gas afterwards! Alas... no more vinigar. Janice [sPAM][ ] Re: Mineral absorption---Colleen This vinegar usage sounds like a ph balance thing - too acidic - problems; not acidic enough- problems. I also know that baking soda is also used with ph problems. I don't think the vinegar has anything to do with the actual absorption of minerals. Maybe it levels out the ph so minerals can be absorbed. Guest guest
Be careful. I gave the bananas and still do. They need the inulin to get the poop out.
