tell me again what an elliptical trainer is?

does anyone watch those ads of tv abut bowfelx and a thing that looks

Ceep,

I have that Tony (you know, that guy with all the hair) his apparatus.

It is actually fun, and very very easy on the knees. I don't use it nearly as

often as I should but I do use it! So many of us have bad knees from years of

carrying all that excess weight around.....this makes it easy to move and get

your heart rate up. (and also doubles as a laundry rack!)

Thanks for the picture! From the information that's been posted, I

*thought* I knew what an elliptical trainer was, but I see now that I

was wrong. Now that I've seen this pic, I definitely know what they

are...I've seen them in stores, just never knew what they were called.

Thanks for the picture! From the information that's been posted, I

*thought* I knew what an elliptical trainer was, but I see now that I

was wrong. Now that I've seen this pic, I definitely know what they
