What you went through in the ER is terrible. I would call, or have your

husband call, the Patient relations director at the hospital. They are

responsible for hearing patient grievances and doing something about them.

My hospitalization in January had a " day " like yours. Ironically, the

head of PR for the hospital was in my room while the mistreatment happened.

She contacted the director of patient relations...who made a personal visit

to my room and wrote down everything that and I could tell them about

what went on... changes were made.
