If you are military and I am assuming that you are since you have Tricare I

would just call and go to the lab. It is a simple blood test and they

should be able to call it in.

I am also on Tricare and what they mean when they say they only cover

surgery is that they will not cover Craig and stuff like that. If you

want a referral to a dietician to go on a medically supervised diet you can

get that from your PCM. Usually you have to go to the base. They usually

have one there.

Tricare paid for everything for my surgery and only took me about three

weeks to get approved. Course I had numerous co-morbidities and had been on

a supervised weight loss program for 3 years with no success.

Where do you live again?
