For Grape Seed Extra, search for " proanthodyn " at

http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/

Ditto for pycnogenol. Usually they come in quite low-dose tablets

(60mg), so the doses that Nase recommends sometime require multiple

tables. I've never heard of or seen any above 1000mg.

> Grape seed extract. – 150 to 300 mg per day in divided doses

> Pycnogenol – 50 to 200 mg per day in divided doses.
