Guest guest
Joe, I had a hernia, due to prior C-sections that I had prior to WLS. It didn't really start to show until the year before my WLS. My WLS attempted to repair it during my WLS but it reappeared shortly after my WLS. I have been having pain with it which usually bothers me most when I have been on my feet for a substantial amount of time. It has gotten progressively worse and my WLS surgeon suggests I have it taken care of. I am holding out as long as possible to try to get it included with my TT when the time is right. I can't speak to hernias that develop along the WLS suture line since I had a lap procedure and the hernia is not due to WLS.
