I need list of labs.......asap........\

Everyone - I have reached a near panic state,

and I cannot find the list of labs we need done,

per aka vitalady......I have tried going

to her site to see if she listed them there, or

possiblly her phone number - all to no avail, as

I cannot get into her site, it must be very busy.

At any rate I need help - ASAP. I am just now

going in to take a shower, and then my husband is going to drive me to

the ER - I am

severely dehydrated and need an IV. I know

they also draw blood, and I need the list of labs

to give to them. I am very, very tired and listless, want to sleep all

of the time. dark urine

with a nasty odor, headaches 24 hours a day -

etc. I had my proximal Rny 12/27/00 - no problems whatsoever until now,

and it is scary. I have a physical scheduled for next Tuesday.

Right now I need that lab list !!! Please e-mail

me privately, as I am not going to have time to

check on the list - I am feeling terrible, and want all of this to just

go away, as you can well
