hi greer, welcome to the post-op adventure. from a kinda long-term

postie, i can attest that once your hunger returns, that extra carbs

cause cravings, bad ugly cravings.

there's lots & lots of low carb products out there, it's worth

checking out, for sure.

hi greer, welcome to the post-op adventure. from a kinda long-term

postie, i can attest that once your hunger returns, that extra carbs

cause cravings, bad ugly cravings.

there's lots & lots of low carb products out there, it's worth

checking out, for sure.
