Hi Sadie,

I had my lower jaw and chin done. I was originally supposed to have

the upper jaw done as well, but that was more for appearance than

for functionality, so I decided against it. I've been applying ice

and heat to help with the swelling, but it doesn't seem to have done

much! I've never heard of Bromelian, hopefully that will keep you

from swelling as much as I did! I wish you the best of luck with

your surgery, make sure to keep us posted! =)
