Guest guest
Hey Robin, Address you as often as you like, even email if you prefer to keep things more private. I enjoy talking with you and everyone who is able to keep me sane while going through these last awful days and weeks. I cannot believe how much I have learned from everyone here and how much more confident I am about what is going on. As much as I am upset about what this means to me (having SOD and or CP) I am very happy that I have found an explanation for my pains, life changes, etc. Now at least I feel I have a way to rise above them, although I am bummed about the proabability that this will never go away. I was literally questioning my sanity, as everyone that I worked with or saw kept telling me that this is all in my head because I have " issues " about the suddeness of my surgeries in 2000. I wonder if they tell heart attack victims, while they are experiencing that " elephant " on their chests, that the pain is from " issues " that arose from their EKG three years ago! My dream is to invent an empathy machine, so that you can transfer your pain experience to your doctor via synapses or virtual neurotransmitters so that he can actually feel it for himself. How quickly things would change! Faster pain relief, faster diagnoses, faster cures. Oh well, talk away! I am sure by now, you have figured out that I am a little chatty!
