Here's one step further.... stripped zuccini's. just take your potato peeler to the zuccini and make long strips I call zuccini noodles. This makes another wonderful bed to pour your favorite sauce over OR even stir it up with a can of diced tomato's and an onion with chicken or beef. What a joy!!!
