Guest guest
I got a soft tiny teddy from my coworkers (about 98% men on my shift!), plus I got a dozen roses every week (a different color) from my angel of a boyfriend! > > Hi everyone, > > It has now been exactly a week since my surgery. Guest guest
One of my dear, dear friends sent flowers AND prepared some luscious shrimp mousse and some chicken soup for me. (I wasn't wired, so both were food from the gods for me. And the company for which I work sent flowers, as well. One of the members of this site sent a card (with four little orthodontic elastics enclosed!) to " Cammie, Jaw Surgery Woman " at my place of work, which was awfully nice of her. And not on the topic of surgery, but when the braces finally came off, my boss brought me a tiny Tootsie Roll. (You can tell that at least one of his kids had been through ortho!) Guest guest
Sounds like you already have some special stuff being done. I had my upper and lower one day before you did. I have received cards and flowers from Othodontist, Oral Surgeon, Co workers, Dentist and of course DVD's, books and magazines from friends. My boss bought me a $50 Jamba Juice Gift Certificate. However the best has been my wife whom has been watching TV with me, blending my meals, telling me I look great, taking walks with me and yelling at me when she feels I am pushing it. Of course my good friends are calling me " Fat Bastard " - I would expect nothing less. Good Luck > > Hi everyone, > > It has now been exactly a week since my surgery.
