Guest guest
My CT of abdomen comes back normal too, the CT scan will not show the more subtle form of this disease, like scarring or fibrosis! The only accurate test is the more invasive endoscopy, the one with the long needle going all the way down to view the pancreas with camera! So until you've had that, I would not rule out pancreatitis. Good luck & remember that there are many different types & causes of chronic pancreatitis. I've had mine for over 26 years now & diagnosed myself with it & fat malabsorption long before the doctors did, so keep on pushing them for the right tests, ok?
