Guest guest
I buy my Biotin shampoo and conditioner at a Health Food store. It costs about $8 each. I also take Skin Hair and Nails supplement (that I bought at GNC). I am 3.5 months out and have had minimal hair loss. It is important to get enough protein besides using the Biotin products and Hair supplements. Try adding one protein drink to your diet. And, remember, this too shall pass. Your hair will regrow, usually in about three months. Sometimes a short, stylish haircut will disguise the hair loss. I got one and I love it. I have always had thin hair, and it makes me look as if I have lots of volume. Good luck. > >Reply-To: Gastric_Bypass_Family >To: Gastric_Bypass_Family >Subject: Biotin - Please Help >Date: Mon, 02 Feb 2004 03:15:19 -0000 > >Could someone please tell me where to find the BIOTIN? Guest guest
Try the Nioxin vitamin supplement. I'm experiencing good results combining the hair product with the vitamin. Hope this helps. > Could someone please tell me where to find the BIOTIN? I am 4 > months post op and losing my hair.
