Guest guest
Your ortho is e-vil. Just kidding. I've heard that spacers are one of the most painful parts of this process. My ortho tried to put a spacer in, couldn't get it in and gave up, for which I am extremely grateful. I had no pain in any of my ortho treatment (my ortho said if there's pain, he's moving too fast and he'd slow down) other than a little bit of sensitivity once (I bit into a slightly stale granola bar after one of my first removeable ALF adjustments and just about hit the ceiling). Teeth were a bit sensitive post-op, but no big deal, really, and definitely no pain post-op. Try to hang in there, I'll bet this is the worst part of it all for you and it won't last forever. > > Ughh... I got my spacers today.
