Guest guest
Has anyone dealt with www.a1nutrition.com? On 2/7 this year, I ordered a 5-lb. Champion Stack Whey from them. I hadn't received it, so on the 18th (IIRC) I sent them an e-mail asking if they could track it. (One problem is that you have to use their website e-mail: they don't give you an actual e-mail address on the site you can use.) I didn't hear back from them. I decided I would call them today, but the only phone number they give is for phone orders, not customer service. I called it anyway but got a voicemail, not an answer. I finally wrote them another e-mail today and told them I wanted a refund (yes, they charged my credit card). Has anyone tried this company or had any problems with them? It's a professional- looking site, but is it a shady company? They even use the Better Business Bureau logo on their site, but that could be easily lifted from another site. I'd like to know before I go to the Illinois State's Attorney's Fraud department and make a complaint. Thanks in advance for anything you can tell me! Guest guest
Dep, Contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Tell them you never received the item and have attempted to contact them without any luck. They will send you an affidavit form to fill out and return to them, they will make all efforts to contact the company for resolution on your behalf. Guest guest
I have not used them but I would call your credit card company and tell them you never received the merchandise. Then dispute the charge. They should remove it while they investigate it. In the meantime, I finally heard back from the company. A customer service manager fell all over himself apologizing (via e-mail) for the mix-up and said it was going out right away. Later I was sent a tracking number for FedEx, and the thing is definitely on its way. So it looks like I should be getting it soon! (And if I don't...then it's time to go after FedEx.) Thanks!
