Help. What do you take to avoid constipation?

I tried to take some Milk of Magnesia....and thought I was gonna

puke...I want to try Metamucil which from what I hear you can add to any

drink and not taste it. There are some days I go without having a bowel

movement and don't like the feeling of constipation. Just my 2 cents

worth...LOL!
