Actually, for the last 6 month's I have been doing just that. I'm

compiling my favorites and some I've modified from other cookbooks I

reference as well as web sites. My family doesn't mind a bit, they eat

whatever is fixed. I'll share when I get things in a better order. I'm

sure to post it all on my web site in progress also.

fantastic ideas, ever thought of putting together a wls recipe book,

u could retire. (or a catering business comes to mind).
