Well, I had a check up today to see how I am progressing and to see

if I will need to have my cartiladge relocated surgically.

I am happy to say that if it were a test I would have passed with

flying colors! I've gone from a 12mm opening at 9 weeks to 33 at 11

weeks. All of this is due to the physical therapy and using the Thera-

bite. I've been really conscienceous about it, a trait that is not

usually attributed to me! the doctors believe that the cartiladge

will find it's way back to the proper location eventually if things

keep up the way they are.

The pain has decreased in frequency and intensity. I can handle it

with Ibuprofen, I really only had one bad episode of pain this week.

I go back in a month for another check up.

And the best news of all is I had my first steak!! A small and very

tender one but it was heaven.

Looks like I am back on track for a normal recovery! Thanks to all

for listening and the support.
