Try yoga... great de-stressor and when you get into learning yogic

breathing you can practice it as you are falling asleep for a really sound

sleep, you can use it for a 5 minute time out to just " breathe " -- most of

us don't know how to breath in a way that does the greatest good for our

bodies over all health... it can be done indoors, at our own pace and when

we feel like it... a simple yoga stretch in your office chair with good

breathing can destress our bodies for several hours... it is worth the

effort to learn some basics ~smile~
