I don't sleep well at night and try to take advantage of it when I can. Someday I'll figure out the in-between stage call relaxation. Right now it seems to be stree or sleep with nothing in-between. Tigger<<<< Try yoga... great de-stressor and when you get into learning yogic breathing you can practice it as you are falling asleep for a really sound sleep, you can use it for a 5 minute time out to just " breathe " -- most of us don't know how to breath in a way that does the greatest good for our bodies over all health... it can be done indoors, at our own pace and when we feel like it... a simple yoga stretch in your office chair with good breathing can destress our bodies for several hours... it is worth the effort to learn some basics ~smile~ hugz 'n STRETCH, ~denise Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
