list of to-do in bad weather conditions

House bound due to weather:

Research -

healthy protein snacks

recipes for quick protein snacks

try new ways of cooking a favorite food that's healthy

how to make warm drinks (healthy)

search recipes

share/post your recipes here

read each others ideas and try them

focus on the extra time as extra time to learn healthy food stuff

***Drink lots of water -- running the heat to stay warm draws moisture from

our body****

find new ways to flavor water

put in your favorite CD dance songs and dance

switch up recipes for things like Banana bread using high end oil and

splenda (or sugar-like)

let us know how it works...

add some fibers to the recipe to offset what carbs are there and cuz it is

healthy (crunchy too?)

eat pickles

eat no fat, no butter popcorn and pickles while watching an old movie

I LOVE Tabasco on my popcorn... try it! (a little goes a long way)

concoct new recipes for protein drinks

post here and share all the things we can do to overcome sitting in the

house waiting out the weather

hot baths -- can't eat when your hands are wet

facial mask -- can't eat when your face is all in a drying mask ;-) *men can

do this too*

paint your fingernails

add your own ideas to this list

..... I thought I was the only one who liked tabasco on their

popcorn!!! It so nice to know someone else does.

In my case I need to add one more thing to your list.... sleep. I

don't sleep well at night and try to take advantage of it when I can.

Someday I'll figure out the inbetween stage call relaxation. Right

now it seems to be stree or sleep with nothing inbetween.
