I had genioplasty. They moved my chin forward. The area is still

numb but theres no sagging. I had neck liposuction so I don't know

if contributes to the tightness. I talk to your OS because I don't

think you should have the sagging or double chin. The raised areas

in your mouth will heal and go down. It was almost 100 percent

better at 6 weeks for me. Take care,
