Guest guest
Well, a few weeks ago, you guys in the Pacific Northwest were asking us Easterners for snow........well............I'll even pay for shipping!!! This will be the hardest test for me, and maybe most of us, housebound for a few days, snowed in. It'll be hard to not keep eating for lack of anything else to do. For me, this is definitely harder than the holidays. Maybe this board will be really active for a few days??? Maybe this board will be really active for > a few days??? you have hit the nail on the head big time!! I am so bored and so lacking energy and so sick of sitting in the house. it started snowing at noon on friday and I didn't leave the office to come home till 4:30 but I have been in the house for what seems like forever now! today being a holiday I could still go to the office but most of the roads are not cleared. it took over an hour to get the ice off the car to open the door! you can only clean so much, do laundry till none is left, watch tv or read till boredom overcomes those activities as well - even sex, well how many times can you do it in 3.5 days - its not like we're 17 anymore! made stew, made soup, made dog biscuits.......... its just getting old - so yes, keep the list active so there is something to do. I've visited every florida website I had bookmarked staring at those warm and sunny beaches -which is just plain depressing when you are sitting snowbound and freezing. sue
