Guest guest
<<I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good sugar substitute - something not made of artificial sweetners/ingredients like Sweet n' Low and Equal. What about Splenda? Is this better than the other sugar substitutes? Any feedback would be appreciated. >> check out stevia it is an herb. you can't buy it as food but you can buy it as 'dietary supplement' check out a health food store near you. it has no negative effects and is 32 times sweeter than sugar. stacey

Guest guest
I never use sugar substitutes, but I have a good friend who is on a diabetic diet. She loves Splenda and uses it exclusively. Hope this helps. schnauzerman1999 wrote:I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good sugar substitute - something not made of artificial sweetners/ingredients like Sweet n' Low and Equal. It is supposed to be many times sweeter than sugar, and it is an extract from some plant. Sorry, I don't have any further info and I don't use it myself, I just wanted to mention it in case you would like to check it out.
