And all of you are at risk for the same thing, if you don't take a good B Complex. We can't eat enough whole grain foods to get the thiamine in, even if we did absorb all we ate. There are several B deficiencies which can cause permanent, life-altering neurological damage. Please don't risk it! Hawkridge in Washington State.
