Guest guest
I am having a spurt of weight loss that I cannot believe. I have lost 5 # in 4 days. In the past I have had whole months that I only lost 5 # I have been really active for the past few days cleaning out clutter in closets and dressers and such. I am 9 1/2 months post op and this is faster loss than in the very beginning. My loss has been fairly slow because it is hard to be active when you are in a wheelchair. I am just amazed. I guess I will choose one closet and clean it out and then put it back in every day just for the heck of it, lol. Hey if that will speed my loss I will do it. My energy level is way up and I want to keep it there. A. B. LAP RNY 3/22/03 Dr. Steve Weinstein, MD.
