Guest guest
Hi all!!!! I am interested in trying to make lasagna with slices of squash, instead of noodles. Does anyone have a recipe? Thanks, sherri Re: 's Chili Question... > I can only eat alittle over a quarter of container at a time. > > Pam > > >

Guest guest
Hi Sherri, Gosh, cooking is what I love.... Sliced Zuccini works great in layers for lasagna, also eggplant. I also use spagetti squash with meat sauce, and zuccini noodles as they are called, I slice it with a potato peeler to make them long ways. What fun! Also to add some crunch to your meal, heat your non-stick skillet and make some 'cheese' crunchies. Use shredded parmesean cheese like a hash brown and the flip it over for the other side to brown. The kids like this snack after school too. It can also be done with colby/jack cheese but I've not used them yet. Another thing if you like cheese, those cheese sticks of mozzerella you can 'fake bread' them with grated parmesean cheese and fry lightly in olive oil and ti's wonderful. Fake bread your zuccini strips too and even pork chops or chicken! Goodness, I love food! Re: Recipe Question Hi all!!!!
