Guest guest
Hello to All, as you know i hate generic letters but here goes. I just get tired from writing and setting. I had the gastric intestinal bypass done on the 16th of Dec. Everything went as planned. I am doing just great. I had beat my self up over this. Wandering if it was ok in Gods eye to do this to my body an we are not to do anything to destroy what God has created. Well i prayed and prayed and God kept putting me in touch with many other christians who had the operation. I took this as a go ahead. I finely said " Lord this is in your Hands " . Well every thing went like clock. I went to the hospital with not a worry on my mind. When i woke up, i was in my room. The nures were telling me about my morphine pump. I could have it every 6 min. They saw that i got my first dose. Some time later they came in and said, Carolyn you haven't had any pain meds. in over an hour and that i really needed it to get better. I told them i had some pain but did not want the morphine. I said if it made them feel better i would use it. I used it once. I had the Lord i didn't need the morphine. I don't know when they took the pump off. The next day one of the nurses gave me liquid pain killer. She insisted i take it. I didn't take any more of that either. I was more sore then in great pain. ( Thank You Jesus) Then had given me a chest xray. There was a spot and a rattle in my lung. Then i started to run a temp. Well then they thought i had blood clouts. So down i went for a c scan of my body and an sonogram of my legs. Guess what, nothing. No spot in my lung and no rattle. And no blood clouts. GOD BLESS you .........Carolyn
