Guest guest
Everything I read says that orthostatic hypotension is a dominant symptom of MSA/OPCA. Is it possible to not get this symptom? My wife ()has many of the autonomic symptoms but not this one, after two years..Could this be a indication that she is mis-diagnosed? Also, I know that swallowing problems are another symptom. Are frequent episodes of hiccups a warning of this symptom developing?
