It amazes me the lack of education regarding exercise through out the country. I admit it, I am not the best at exercise, and I definately do not have a routine like I would like to, but i do get my butt out and move it. That is necessary. I would LOVE to be able to go to a gym, catty women and all!! None in my driving area are open at a time when I can participate. I'm still looking though. Congratulations on your dedication Dan.
