Guest guest
, I saw improvements with regards to the 'volume control' after about 2 months. Come to think of it, I didn't add the speech discs until about the 3rd round of TLP and you're probably right. I probably did see the improvements to the consonent 'dropping' at that time. In both areas, I did some reminding as well as the TLP but..... I had been 'reminding' him about his indoor voice for years and only with the TLP did this get better! Guest guest
I wonder if the emotional stuff is inner ear pain. Like if you were stuck on a plane and your ear would not pop....for days....and then it did. There is wax I can't get to in both kids ears. A nurse I once knew cured my swimmers ear with oil once. I am doing this with coconut oil in my kids. > > > > > > TLP is now available with bone conduction stuff. I do think we > messed > > > up with TLP once this week and made him sensitive. Guest guest
, With regards to bad behaviours and the ears..... I noticed that too. Right before we had a major breakthrough of any kind with the ears, Mark would get very tantrummy and emotional. It happened during the Listening Program, probably in month 2 and then again when we changed his ear dominance... right before that darn ear switched over. He was a real emotional mess and quite agravating. Once the ear switched, he went back to normal, but better because he could hear so much better. All of his mood swings disappeared after changing his ear dominance. Janice [sPAM]Re: [sPAM] [ ] Listening Programs? One day I put the headphones on and the sound was up too loud and I did not realize it for a bit. He has not had the WOW TLP stuff we were having. He does talk more though since we have started over all. > > > > TLP is now available with bone conduction stuff. I do think we messed > > up with TLP once this week and made him sensitive.
