Hello group!

It's me the newbie with a question. I am a little over a year out

and have begun noticing that I feel " sluggish " . I am thinking that

my Centrum (chewable) is just not enough. I checked my labs and

found that I needed to include additional iron (gluconate) which I am

taking and to reduce my b-12 (hey when they say that its that crucial

I took it.. just a little too much). Anyway, I was wondering if

anyone takes a vitamin that gives them a little umph. I went to GNC

(which I am really not a fan of) but I got their Multi-Gel formula.

Im gonna try them but I was wondering if you all could offer some

suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
