It doesn't take forever to get an overview of what's involved in this

surgery. Most people clue into it pretty quickly once they ask a few

questions here.

And hey, it's really strange that we haven't met, since I've been on

this forum since early 2001 (and Cammie about the same time). Of

course, if you've been here that long, you should be able to name

some of the earlier members, was there one member in particular whose

story frightened you? or inspired you? I'd like to know.

Maybe you would like to e-mail me a free copy of the book, and I

could review it for you. If it's as good as you say it is, I would

certainly consider posting a link to your site on the other yahoo

club and the geocities site.

I do have a question, though, how did you get Amazon.com to list your

book? I also didn't know they had downloadable books. Since I have a

friend who's a writer, I'd like to know who your contact person was

there, if you don't mind telling.

I was forced to remove all messages in this thread, except the

last one, because this site doesn't promote publicity. Except for

the Zip'n'Squeeze bags, that is. Which are, in several cases,

handed by surgeons to their patients.

As a reminder, it's always a good practice to ask any group's

supervisor / moderator / owner before posting commercial

links. On several forums, a posting like this will have get the

sender kick out, even banned.

In this particular case, the information that was being offered

commercially is widely available here, as well as on site 2.

And when some piece of information very much particular

can't be found, a simple question will get several answers,

most of the times.
