Guest guest
Has anyone installed a water softener to help there skin? If so, have you noticed any benefit from softer water? I have a chlorine filter which has helped, but now i'm starting to think a water softener might help more. I was told i have hard water. Anyone have any experience's with water softener's? Thanks. Guest guest
Tony - I just had a terrible reaction to the chemicals in my daughter's water from the water softener. Irritated and burned my face beyond belief! Your mileage may vary! Guest guest
I installed a water softener, and I really like it. I have hard water, (southern California) and it's made a difference in flaking. I got the suggestion from Dr. Nase's book. He mentioned that hard water could be awful for rosacea skin. It's helped me. > Has anyone installed a water softener to help there skin? > If so, have you noticed any benefit from softer water? > I have a chlorine filter which has helped, but now i'm > starting to think a water softener might help more. It's helped me. what is hard water exactly? is it just another name for the " stuff " that's in tap water, like chlorine, lead, etc? or something else? c. Guest guest
I do have water softener installed - I don't think it has any impact on my skin whatsoever - I believe I installed the water softener about 3 years ago. Alena
