IV Site Infection

Well I am just a bit over 2 weeks post surgery and on Tuesday I went

to the Dr as the site where my iv was on my hand was swollen and

red. Turns out it was infected and I got antibiotics to take care

of it.

If it's any consolation, I had an infection in one of my cheek, and it showed

up like 2 weeks after the surgery. We (doctor and I) noticed it when the

swelling got down on one side, but not much on the other.

These things happen..

If it's any consolation, I had an infection in one of my cheek, and it showed

up like 2 weeks after the surgery. We (doctor and I) noticed it when the

swelling got down on one side, but not much on the other.

These things happen..
