Guest guest
Howdy folks, long time no chat. Back to school, you know (teaching)... I have been having pretty bad earaches, particularly at night in both ears. It really started in my left, but is now in both. i feel as though it may be connected with a muscle ache or pull i feel on my left life of my jaw. Believe it or not, i am still wearing bands at 3 months post op. they are still trying to pull my bite totether on one side, it's almost there. but because of this, i feel like i am still stifling yawns, rather than yawning naturally and this has really been creating some muscle ache. i am up later now working on school work, my little one is keeping me active, i am tired, i am yawning and it seems to be the root of an issue here. My OD scared me into GETTING THOSE ELASTICS BACK ON ASAP after eating, so i also feel as though i have not been stretching and working on opening up as i should. i can get a sandwich in, a banana, but any of that " cross biting " that you do to move food around to chew is still uncomfortable. It's as if there is cramping or pain in my jaw muscles. I did have two moments of minor, minor lock jaw while talking/teaching. Freaked me out, has never happened before in my life. If anyone has any advice, i'd be grateful. it's the ears that are bothering me the most. Thanks guys,
