Surgery Authorized and new questions

I don't see my Ortho again until November 3rd for my pre-braces x-

rays and molds. My OS saw me 6 weeks ago, concurred with everyone's

assessment that I needed SARPE and would submit for it.

Here's my question, I got a copy of my surgical authorization in the

mail from my insurance company and it references a LeFort 1

Osteotomy. My understanding is that this is different from SARPE and

I was wondering if anyone knows if that is the case or if I am crazy.

I just want to make sure that what I am being TOLD is going to be

done and what is GOING to be done are the same thing!!
