Guest guest
A valve prolapse means the valve collapses after closing...does not snap shut like a tight valve would. Regurgitation is to do with a weakened valve, also, and lets blood dribble backwards. The ejection fraction of 60% means that instead of 100% of blood available to be pumped oput of the ventricle, 60% is being pumped out. You need to see the cardiologist. The antibitics during ANY dental procedure ae extremly important for you...microbacteria in the mouth, bacteria in dental plaque, any oral cavity infections like to migrate to the heart ASAP. Good luck. Keep us posted. Corrine
