That's good news!!!!!! Congratulations ;-) I'm debating over having one single party when all my braces get removed, or one smaller one in two weeks and one big one when the bottom one are removed. Tough choices... ;-) Ray

Guest guest
My ortho and his secretary want to take me out for dinner once my bottom braces are removed. They are more excited about the whole thing that I am I'll be planning a party once everything is done. Still got to get my implants and bridges put in. I am very happy to be at this point though. I read a previous post where you mention still having quite a bit of numbness in certain areas. Now I feel bad for feeling sorry for myself the other day since I still have some numbness in my chin (and I'm approaching the one year mark) - but that's all the numbness I still have. I'm glad you still believe the surgery was worth it. I know I do. Oh, and if you want my opinion - have 2 parties. You'll probably want to celebrate as soon as you get the top braces off. Good luck! > > > > > > I had my surgery on December 10th 2003. My family were very sweet > > about me having to 'drink' Christmas dinner.
