Dear ,

Thank you for your nice note.

I am day 8 today post surgery and started taking my meds, pillform

yesterday.

There is an easy solution if the Paxil doesn't come in a liquid form (ask

your Dr.), if they will allow you to crush it, I mixed my Reglan and

Synthroid with apple juice and used a syring to inject it into my mount.

My Prozac and Prilosec were both prescribed in a liquid from from my

Internest.

Where will your surgery be?

My Dr.'s were very detail oriented and I took two of my meds the morning

before surgery per their orders.

Just make a list of what you need to talk about, contact your family Dr.,

your oral surgeon, your dentist, your orthodontist. Someone will be there

to answer your questions.

I had a rough month in September about the surgery. Then I realized it was

another part of my journey that I needed to complete. It made the month of

October much better for me.

Also, a big plus was the class Kaiser Oakland offers before your surgery...

to see so many others with our profiles... so many beautiful people in one

room!

Every day I look in the mirror and I am blessed and know that I am so glad

to have a bite that meets for the first time in my 50 years of life.

What a celebration for me!

I'm sorry to hear about your sister, if you want to email direct, please

contact me @ connie@.... Chronic pain and illness takes so much

of life. I am so lucky at present to not have any interaction with my

Lupus... I note my Fibromyalgia is more present, i.e., when I do have jaw or

facial pain, it gets my attention.

I also have a myo-fascial therapist who came and worked on my for about 45

minutes on day 3. She's an Angel on Earth!

Hugs,

Connie
