I have to say...Praise the Lord, Amen, Alleluia....this stuff is awesome and

it actually tastes like CHOCOLATE....it is a dream come true!!!

I found it at Walmart for $2.63...great stuff, 3 carbs for 1 cup, 12 grams

of protein....I might actually be able to get my protein in now!!!

the brand name is Hood on my carton but it says Atkins Approved on it....all
