Guest guest
I just got through with my supper and I had spaghetti made with spaghetti squash and ground turkey. I made it last week and a froze in individual serving. It still taste very good even after being frozen. The way I cook the squash is cut it length wise and remove seeds, lay it face down in baking dish with a cup of water, cover with plastic wrap and cook for 10 minutes. Allow to cool a bit so you can handle it to " rake " it with fork. Enjoy, very good. A. B. LAP RNY 3/22/03 Dr. Steve Weinstein, MD. Guest guest
AB, I assume that you cook your spaghetti squash in the microwave. Is that on a high setting? Jill H.

Guest guest
Jill H, I am sorry that I did not make that clear, yes cook on high in microwave. If it is really large you may need to add a few minutes but watch it will turn to mush if you cook it too long. It is best for it to be a little under cooked and the add spaghetti sauce mix and it can finish cooking on low heat on top of stove if needed. It is really quite tasty. Hope you enjoy. A. B.
