Guest guest
To get copies of your records: You ask for them to 1. be faxed to you from Dr.s office 2. You ask Dr. to put on the lab order that a copy should be faxed from the blood joint to your home or office fax number AND to the Dr's office as well 3. You ask the Dr to put a note on your chart on the inside file folder page, saying patient has his permission to have lab report copies 4. You ask staff to xerox copies for you. If anyone balks, you say. 1. I would be happy to pay you the 10 cents a page to cover your costs 2. It is a common practice and my other docs give me copies of whatever record I need upon request 2. Please ask the doc, as patients by law have the right to have copies of ALL their medical records upon request 3. Would you like me to sign a release giving you permission to give me private papers that pertain only to me (just kidding on this one) love, ceep 4. (This one is serious) I have a magic wand that if I wave it over your big blockhead, it will make all your scheduling data magically disappear from your calendar and computer until you behave like a human being again instead of like a troll. evil ceep In a message dated 2/15/03 1:58:09 AM, Graduate-OSSG writes: << Published by Mosby's or Lippincott or somebody like that.
