Guest guest
I seem to have more pain in my neck, around my glands, than I do in my jaw at most times. It seems that the cold helps a lot with the jaw pain, but I noticed when I took a shower that the heat helped the neck pain a lot more than the cold is. I don't want to do anything wrong, and my OS said to use cold until I see him tomorrow, but the heat on my neck felt SO good. Should I try to alternate on my neck at least, or will I just be making my swelling worse? My OS said my swelling should peak today, so should I wait until tomorrow to use the heat? -Jen
